With ten years’ experience in working with children and adolescents, Sarah is highly skilled in building rapport with young people and in supporting them and their families to make positive changes. With her warm and caring personality Sarah strives to make the sessions relaxing and enjoyable.
As a mother of two, Sarah has first-hand knowledge of the challenges of parenthood; it’s the most demanding job in the world. There is no other time in life when emotions are felt as strongly as they are in childhood. The very complex nature of growing up can sometimes create an obstacle within a child’s development that the parents and child may feel very helpless to overcoming.
Sarah can help gently and effectively to overcome these difficulties using a very powerful method, called The Blow-Away Technique, so your child can progress to be the best person they possibly can be. This method is suitable for children aged approximately 6 to 14 years old.
What is the Blow-Away Technique?
The Blow-Away Technique is a gentle, effective and relaxing treatment that is designed to improve the emotional well-being for a happier, less anxious child. Sarah carefully tailor makes the sessions to suit the child’s individual needs and with this unique treatment there is no need for them to talk out loud about their problems. It is an extremely safe and simple process that uses very gentle hypnosis to enable the child to move on from negative experiences and emotions which may have been holding them back in some way. This will have the effect of relieving the child from his or her symptoms in many cases. Sarah integrates this with other psychological techniques so that your child is better equipped to deal with anything that may feel emotionally overwhelming in the future.
